Scarlet grew up in Oklahoma, her father was a blinded USMC Vet, her mother was an Accountant and Tax Practioner, a unique background that allows her to understand the unique challenges of working with both Military and Civilian sectors. She attended Mcpherson College and later moved to Camp Lejeune, NC where she owned a job placement company and construction company. After taking the role of Human Resource Director, she gained understand of attrition, and business practices and helped individuals work through challenges.

Scarlet focuses on military transition and retirements. Belief in a wholistic approach to life she takes the time to understand clients WHY and how they fit long term into their financial goals. She feels that working with and helping the military and their families is her calling.

Putting the retirement puzzle together is something I enjoy, BUT my passion is educating and impacting lives.
