Employee Benefits Specialist - Worksite Benefits Division

Mark has spent the past nine years in the insurance industry, much of it as an Aflac agent helping employers and their employees understand and use their supplemental benefits. That work gave him a front-row view of what happens when a family faces an accident or illness, and how much the right coverage matters when it does.

Mark joined Strategic Financial Concepts' Worksite Benefits Division to give employers more than a single carrier's catalog. Because SFC shops more than 40 carriers, he can compare life, accident, hospital indemnity, short- and long-term disability, and critical illness and cancer coverage, then build a voluntary benefits package that fits each group and its budget. He works with businesses of all sizes, from child care centers and small offices to larger organizations, and stays involved after enrollment to help employees when it's time to file a claim.

Mark lives in Wichita with his wife, who directs a child care center in Mulvane.

Mark is licensed to sell insurance products in Kansas and may be licensed in other states.

Most people don't think about their benefits until they need them. My job is to make sure that when that day comes, the coverage is there and they know how to use it.
